I am fortunate to have some really cool friends that live in some really cool spots.
Take last night for example. My friend invited a few gals over for dinner and fellowship. She lives atop a mountain that overlooks the lovely Bozeman, Montana, which includes views of her two ponds, timberline, and the critters that inhabit such spots.
As we were sitting on the southern-facing patio, indulging in a few pre-dinner cocktails, a few of the gals noticed movement in them thar’ hills. We moved in for a closer peek…

I didn’t bring the Rebel as I was trying to “go lightly into the good night.” Little did I know a mama bear and her itty bitty baby cub would make a cameo appearance.
