Lasting change to ones life isn’t solely a focus of the physical body; it must also address the mind and soul. As it’s said, “Where the mind goes the body follows.” Most programs have people focusing on external changes only and the majority find themselves returning to their past habits and old patterns without understanding why. A twelve week Transformation should be considered the beginning of a new healthy lifestyle on all levels and not just the end of a physical process. People who address the Transformation of body, mind and spirit discover a truly magical life.
If you have seen the popular weight loss television shows, done any weight loss challenges, picked up any book on diet and exercise, joined a gym or an exercise class, watched any video on “Weight-loss” or “Fitness”, then you know what to do.....don’t you? With so many tools available these days there is no reason why we have overweight people in this world. We should all be fit and healthy.
Life should be a dream come true. So why isn’t it? Why, with so many experts and resources available is more than half the world overweight? Simply stated “The vast majority of people expect the solution to be complicated or to contain a newly discovered “wonder drug”.... they refuse to stop and see the solution. They spend the rest of their lives jumping to the next fad diet and exercise program. All the while getting more and more out of shape and farther from a healthy and happy lifestyle.”
