I know I have blogged this topic recently (see Grand Illusions) … how we FEEL about our bodies/self-image and the origins of those opinions. We do not live in a vacuum, but rather pick up interpretations, judgments, and insecurities along the way, not to mention, we measure ourselves against society’s definition of beauty.
